When the job needs a specialist
Some jobs need a trade beyond our own teams. That does not change anything for you: we supply and manage the specialist contractors as part of the service.
You still brief one company, deal with one point of contact and get one job managed properly, however many trades end up on it.
Fix it when it breaks, or catch it before it does
Reactive and emergency maintenance. Something breaks, you call, we get the right person moving and manage it through to done.
Planned preventative maintenance. The vital systems of the building, electricity, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, fire safety alarms and CCTV, checked on a planned schedule so small faults are caught before they become expensive ones.

What does Foster Facilities Group actually do?
We look after property. Plumbing and heating, electrical work, fire safety and security systems, repairs and maintenance, refurbishment, groundworks and small builds, grounds maintenance and planned preventative maintenance. You make one call and we arrange the right person and manage the job from start to finish.
Do you only work on commercial property?
Mainly commercial, but we take on domestic work too. Homes get the same approach: one call, the right trade, the job managed properly.
What if the job needs a specialist trade?
We supply and manage specialist contractors as part of the service. You still deal with one company and one point of contact.
Do you handle one-off jobs or ongoing maintenance?
Both. Call us for a single repair or project, or put the property on a planned preventative maintenance schedule so the vital systems are checked regularly.
